During the show's short hiatus, quite the lot has happened. Shootouts in New York City, while nothing new, unfortunately, made the front page when an assailant murdered a managed care CEO, not allegedly. The Bronx got kids running amuck shooting each other, using innocent victims as shields. Care workers get violently assaulted in Homeless Shelters. A violent, seemingly crazed illegal immigrant takes the life of an elderly woman, by setting a train on fire. With all of these events happening back to back to back, one is forced to relieve the pain of the present with a little nostalgia. NYC was not so dangerous and the nightlife still had somewhat a life before life started lifing at 1000 mph!
This episode is dedicated to the memory of Father Chris.
