This proposal is designed to stop driving while black police brutality against people of color and especially African-Americans. We are talking fatal shootings in the United States because of the color of their skin people such as: Gearge Floyd/ Jacob Blake/ Beronna Taylor/ and so forth. 1I have a solution, but I need your help if we can change the world
