Recently, in my English 1102 class, we were asked to read March 3rd by John Lewis Andrew Aydin Nate Powell. John Lewis is the U.S Representative with Georgia's 5th Congressional District and is a civil Rights Leader. It discusses Lewis's path to success on fighting for Minority rights, that were given an unequal Plainfield In the 1960s. Yet, around the time coloreds had freedom, but a lot of restrictions and disadvantages from partaking as a citizen in the U.S. John Lewis and the people that Joined him sacrificed and spoke up about problems that needed to be known face-front, they spoke up without violence and aggression to be heard. In this Podcast, I will be interviewing individuals discussing their opinions and thoughts about social injustice, how it affects them personally.
