Hey everybody. Welcome to the Federal Proposal Podcast. Hey folks, we have a treat for you today. Stephanie Fisher, a longtime friend and an individual who's been in the prop business for more than 20 years is going to give you an update on the f a AIPs two program. Take it away, Stephanie. Thanks, Ken. Hello everyone. The F A A is in the process of a follow on procurement known as the Air Traffic Engineering Program Support two Atap solicitation. The ataps contract is a follow on effort to the FA a's Air Traffic Organization program management organization efforts acquired under the Traffic Management Initiatives. The P M O of the FA a's a t o support is the National Airspace Systems in management, development, engineering and deployment activities. The P M O has four directorates and the ATAPS two contract with potentially support of all four of the following directorates, a JM one program control and integration. The directorate provides financial integration, program control, and technical integration for the pmo, a M two air traffic systems. The directorate provides agency support programs, configuration logistics and management, air traffic management decision support programs, terminal second level engineering en route and Oceanic second level engineering for the P M O A J M three enterprise services. DIS Directorate provides communication information network programs, navigation programs, aviation, weather aeronautic services, and data communications for the P M O A J M four surveillance services. DIS Directorate provides legacy surveillance systems surveillance and broadcast services and spectrum efficient national surveillance radar for the pmo. The ATFs two contract will provide I D I Q programs for program management, system engineering and development implementation efforts to the atos Next Gen programs and systems. Next Gen is a suite of technologies that will enhance the safety, efficiency and capacity of the N A s. This is expected to be a full and open competition, but with a small business set aside. The prior contracts spend to date has been more than 600 million with just under 170 million in small business spend. The NAS code for this is 5 4 1 3 3 0 engineering services. The opportunity was first person on SAM in March of this year, and the latest SAM updates and answers 228 questions. The current timeline appears to have a government estimated release in the first quarter of f Y 24 and awards in May of next year. Thank you. Thanks, Stephanie for that overview. Folks.
