If God Had a Podcast

If God Had a Podcast

About

You know I interviewed celebrities and famous newsmakers from the time I was 11 years old when I created “Pavlina's Kidz Place,” a nationally syndicated radio show I hosted until I was 18. I spent thousands of hours talking to the most famous and talented people in the world about anything and everything. (And wrote a book about it!) One question I always asked them was “what obstacle did you have and how did you overcome it?” My new podcast comes full circle - over the last few years, besides college (thank you, next), I've worked behind and in front of the scenes. Hell, there's not much I haven't seen in front of the camera/mic or behind them. Successful people, struggling people, young and confused people - let's be honest and say young and old confused people! My new podcast looks at why we're so f***d up and what we are going to do to get on track. I'm often asked to be a guest on shows as a Millennial Commentator... I'm actually a Gen Z but I take the gigs because a few years isn't way off from understanding a generation! The words I hear around the biggest and most powerful generation is "entitled" and "entitlement." So we expect great things? And that's a problem? My new podcast focuses on Millennials and Generation Z's - older people have got to work with these generations, baby boomers are being replaced (let's be honest and they're dying off fast) by these new generations every day so you gotta live with us and love us lol. My new podcast shouldn't be about educating its listeners or any self-help because we're already flooded with every “fix me" formula out there. No, this is about figuring it out with guests who can shape your life into a better you. A better understanding of you and others. Because when you understand the best of you than all of us become a betterment of “us.” My new podcast is called “If God Had a Podcast” yeah I know you were thinking "Pavlina's Podcast” or something catchy like that (lol) but I really want to know if God came here (and no it's not a religious podcast) who would he want to talk to? Atheists? Yes, world leaders, yoga gurus, celebrities, that homeless guy in a box at Penn station? Yes. If God Had A Podcast is improving you for a better us. That's my plan.
