Reflecting on our 1 year anniversary: We are a ministry of reconciliation. The Old and New Testament is one book and Yeshua, Jesus, is throughout all of it. Our God is infinitely relational and we have learned from each other's reading of the scripture. God is at work. We have studied the Torah from the point of view of Yeshua, which means salvation. God's plan for redemption through Yeshua has been revealed to us at a deeper level. We have discussed so much about the power of names, and we are told in Hebrews that Yeshua, Jesus, is the exact imprint of the nature of God. What is a Messianic Jew? A Jewish person who believes that Yeshua, Jesus, is the Messiah, the anointed One. We as Messianic Jews and Messianic Gentiles, Christians, are being built together into one body in Messiah. We discuss that Jesus came to tear down the dividing wall of hostility through the cross. As the Ekklesia/Church we should be celebrating together in unity the victory that God's plan for salvation, Yeshua, is reaching all nations and corners of the world. We finish up discussing this weeks Torah portion where in Exodus 34 God reveals His name and character to Moses.
