At Patrick Henry College, we recognize that the preservation of liberty requires that our leaders believe that the unalienable rights of man stem from a transcendent Creator, independent of the whims of man. Unfortunately, many of our leaders no longer hold this truth to be self-evident. Patrick Henry College exists to glorify God by challenging the unacceptable status quo in higher education, lifting high both faith and reason within a rigorous academic environment; thereby preserving for posterity the ideals behind the "noble experiment in ordered liberty" that is the foundation of America.
