Before my LifePlan, I thought I had some clarity and direction in my life. I had a coach and had used several tools to bring more clarity and direction into my life. I had a life mission and I thought I was successfully pursuing it. In the summer of 2016 I had my LifePlan done. That LifePlan brought me new clarity as to where I was and how I got there. My Facilitator and I had created a clear purpose and plan to take my next steps toward fulfilling it. I walked away with a crystal clear plan in my mind. Complete with timelines, due dates, and accountability partners. What I thought was clear before was muddy in comparison. My wife, Cindy, can attest that I now live in new balance with work, family, mental and physical health, relationships and my faith. In 2017, I went to the Paterson Center and trained to become a certified LifePlan Facilitator. I went deeper into my understanding of myself and how to help others get to the breakthroughs I had with my LifePlan. All of this perfectly served my life purpose of “Helping people turn on Lights and innovating solutions for people and organizations”. Now that I am facilitating LifePlans for others, I enjoy turning on the lights of discovery, clarity and breakthrough in their lives and helping them innovate solutions and growth in their lives.
