Heather works for Universal Music Group in one of their main offices right in downtown Nashville.
I interviewed her in Nashville for this, and we discussed the music business in detail, covering many behind the scenes details that were deeply interesting.
We covered her background, beginning all the way when she was a young child and underwent a tragic event that ultimately shaped her insane drive and work ethic, as well as leading to her discovery of the industry and city she has become so passionate about.
Heather detailed her time in college doing major event planning for her university and how that set her up for future roles, and eventually one with a major promotion company. Heather detailed the steps she took to make sure she got to exactly where she wanted to be in pursuit of her dream career.
