Bianca Rist is a natural-born hustler and leader. After beginning in medical sales, she picked up a side gig running an insurance business which quickly became a full-time machine in which she ran a team of over 100 people.
After amassing a huge team and thriving business, Bianca moved on to a higher leverage opportunity in real estate investing.
She began by flipping single-family homes and purchasing for long-term rental purposes, and is moving up to larger aspirations and expanding her efforts into multi-family complexes. Additionally, she is putting together a massive capital investment fund where accredited investors can join together for real estate deals in the millions of dollars.
