Cellina Danvers works on a niche team in the digital space with Gartner where she consults with clients on how to best make use of the various research sources Gartner offers. She completed her Masters in Business Administration with a vision in mind - to give herself as much of a ceiling as she possibly could.
We get deep into the thought process we both went through in deciding to pursue our MBA, and she discusses the successes she had and lessons she learned as she went through one of the top MBA programs.
Cellina shares the unconventional self-discovery methods she has utilized to help identify the things she wanted out of her career. She also goes into detail on her job search as her MBA program came down to the end and recounts how she decided she wanted to work for Gartner through self reflection and strong networking, and essentially carved out a place for herself out of pure hard work and determination.
Cellina is a leader when it comes to unconventional but effective thought processes for self-improvement. She shares much of her perspective around these though processes and some great and actionable ways to implement them.
