Andy and I sat down to reflect on the origin story and 2022 year in review for Chef on the Fly, as we have continued to grow and scale the company successfully over the year.
We discuss the many ups and downs and the difficulties faced along the way. We get into the lessons we learned while figuring out how to make it work.
We share many of the tactics that have allowed us to continue expanding the company and the tough choices that we had to make to do it right.
