This Sunday, I will focus on Florida's own federal judge Kathryn Mizelle. Judge Mizelle struck down the Biden mask mandate for all public transportation. In her 59-page decision, she ADMITS that masks... "traps virus droplets." She continued to build an argument on the idea that ..."wearing a mask cleans nothing." Apparently, the judge had difficulty with basic high school biology. Furthermore, lifting the mask mandate on public transportation will limit the safe mobility and rights of medically disabled persons in DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE ADA or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Anyway, I will discuss the absurdity of the ruling, both in terms of the judge's legal theory and the science. I will also discuss the ramifications of this foolish decision.
