West Va. v EPA is the case that could dismantle all regulations especially environmental regs, by using the Nondelegation Doctrine. This case has enormous implications for our nation as we know it. If corporate polluters win, then ANY new regulations for the EPA or other agencies would have to gain legislative approval.
