CORRUPTION AT RIVERBEND HIGHSCHOOL IN SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY IN FREDERICKSBURG VA

1st Black Principal of RiverBend HighSchool is being punished. Because he wanted to protect family and staff from any form of accusations of inappropriate behavior by implementing a plan where students and staff could not communicate in private.
