Have you ever felt drained even though you haven't done anything? Or felt drained after interacting with some people? Or have you ever felt so JOYFUL one day and felt the opposite the next?
As human beings, we are energetic beings. And we want to maintain our energy internally to feel flow, ease, and joy. In today's episode, I cover a few practices that I've overcome to ditch emotional drains and move forward in life such as how to not take things personally, how to assume positive intent, how to stop people pleasing, letting go of draining relationships, and how to adjust when the family bond is broken.
In the end, we are the only gatekeerps we'll ever have to protect our emotions, so we have to take this job seriously and show up - especially when it's hard!
