Ep. 17 Acrobatic Arts Creativity Scholarship - Dale White


Did you know that Acrobatic Arts has a Dale White Creativity Scholarship? This scholarship will be awarded annually to one dance teacher who exemplifies a passion for creativity. The recipient of this scholarship will receive full tuition to the Acrobatic Arts Module Two Teacher's Certification Course. In this episode, Dale talks about the three stages of developing an artistic performer, his choreographic inspiration as well as the joy that he receives when viewing the applications for this scholarship.

Dale's teaching career in performing arts has spanned over 30 years. He has produced a multitude of national and world baton twirling champions with some of the most innovative and creative choreography the sport has ever seen. Currently, Dale serves as the USA Judge's Rep for the World Baton Twirling Federation and is contributing to the development of the new judging system. As an expert choreographer and judge he has traveled to over 20 countries sharing his knowledge with coaches and students eager to learn from him.

As an adjudicator, Dale is currently on the roster of Winter Guard International as well as the Ohio Music Educators Association. His focused area of adjudication is General Effect, Color Guard, and Visual captions in which he has over 20 years of experience. In addition, Mr. White mentors young judges. His expertise and predilection for everything creative is undeniable to anyone who has met him.
