Prana, a trendy word, becomes increasingly popular as time passes. It's become something of a catchword in the yoga world. People brandish it, and they brand it, how many people actually understand Prana, how many people actually, are in a position to sense the movement of the Prana in the body, circulate it, cultivate it?!

What we can say about Prana, is very simple. When your Prana is circulating well, you have the best possibility that you're going to ever have of being healthy. Physically healthy, Pranaically healthy, mentally healthy, spiritually healthy, and beneficial not only in yourself but in all the relationships you possess. With your spouse, with your children, with your parents, with your pet, all the relationships, and human beings are basically relationship machines. We're all about interacting with other things.
