Jacksonville Jaguars Miami Dolphins: 2022 NFL Draft with Alex Bleuel

In this episode, Alex Bleuel and I debate our favorite NFL teams before the 2022 NFL Draft. First, we look at Dylan's Jags, which go enter the draft with the No. 1 pick for the second consecutive year. While most people believe Jacksonville will either take Georgia's Travon Walker or Michigan's Aidan Hutchinson, I want the Jags to provide Trevor Lawrence with more protection. Alabama's Evan Neal and NC State's "Ickey" Ekwonu are the two best offensive linemen, and either tackle would make Jacksonville's line much stronger. After Big D's Jags, we look at Alex Dolphins. Unlike the Jags with the No. 1 pick, Miami enters the draft with just four picks. Miami traded a first- and second-round pick to the Kansas City Chiefs for Tyreek Hill. Alex answers whether the trade was worth it to acquire Cheetah. He believes Miami made a good move in acquiring a star receiver for draft picks. Despite trading several picks from this year's draft, Miami has kept both of its 2023 first-round picks, which would provide the Fins with a Plan B if 2020 first-round Tua Tagovailoa does not improve in his third NFL season. We also look at Miami's recent drafts, which resulted in hits and misses for Alex's Dolphins. Then, we look at teams that should be making a trade up the draft. I believe the Green Bay Packers need to give reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers another receiver after trading Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. With GB having two first-rounders, I think the Packers need to package multiple picks for a top wideout. We end our discussion by discussing whether we would like to add Deebo Samuel. This shows our different opinions on the SF 49ers star. Alex believes the Jets should go after Samuel, while I am not a fan of adding him. I made a prediction SF will not trade Deebo to the New York Jets.
