150th Open Championship Preview with Matt Vincenzi

In this episode, Fantasy Labs writer and Action Network betting expert Matt Vincenzi and I preview the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews. First, we talk St. Andrews - the home of golf. I believe St. Andrews feels like the pinnacle of golf. Matt responds with how The Old Course is only 350 yards or so longer than when it started hosting Open Championships. Like most link courses, bunkers are always in play. With Hell, Shell, and the Road-hole bunker, St. Andrews will look ao its sand as a major defense. Matt explains how Jack Nicklaus told Tiger Woods that the miss is left At. St Andrews. We also discuss how Scotland's wind will affect The Open. Heading into this year's Open Championship Xander Schauffele has won his last two starts - including last week's Scottish Open. Despite these wins, Xander is still looking for his first major. Despite two wins and plenty of Open success, we are fading Xander from our betting and DFS advice. We then give our favorite bets for this year's Open. Matt likes Jordan Spieth, Cameron Smith, Dustin Johnson, and Louis Oosthuizen. I like Collin Morikawa, Will Zalatoris, Max Homa, and Adam Scott. We then give out our favorite GPP DFS and chalk plays for DraftKings. We close out this episode by giving our picks for who will hoist the Claret Jug. Matt likes Cameron Smith while The Big D backs Will Zalatoris to finally get his first major at the home of golf.
