We visit with the Director of Healthcare Studies at the Cato Institute, Michael Cannon, about the efficacy of masks to ward off the virus, and we comment on the problems in distribution of the vaccine, due in part to government controls. We also visit with the former Mayor of Naples, Mayor Bill Barnett.
