Happy Friday my wonderful souls! I wanted to guide you through a very quick 5 minute meditation to help you understand and bring awareness to the POWER OF NOTICING. We are constantly on the move all the time with todays society pressuring us to HUSTLE HUSTLE HUSTLE and shaming us when we take a step back and relax, with nothing to do and no where to be.
