Nick Good entered the real estate industry in 2005 as an unlicensed assistant at a small brokerage. After gaining his Real Estate license in 2006 he continued to hone his skills and in 2007, drawn in by their exceptional training model he decided to join Keller Williams as an agent. Joining forces with his brother, Austin Good, in 2009 "The Good Home Team" was born. Largely inspired by the Gary Keller book, Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Good Home Team focused heavily on systems and accountability. Through these efforts The Good Home Team became one of the fastest growing teams in the market. With an eye to the future and thanks to their prosperous start, the team quickly learned the value of surrounding themselves with highly trained staff to provide additional skills and leverage, freeing them to do what they do best, providing knowledge and leadership to others. Over the course of the next few years, Nick meticulously inspected and improved upon the strategies the team implemented, quickly gaining the attention of his peers and surrounding brokerages as the team was growing in agent count and transaction volume. Nick now takes this winning formula for building a dominant business and teaches his strategies throughout the country. With his abundance mindset and refreshing transparency, nothing is held back nor kept secret. Nick now speaks on national Real Estate podcasts, in person workshops and provides one on one coaching sessions. He spends his time providing easy to implement ideas and proven concepts that apply to today's shifting real estate industry.
