She did not want to be "AVERAGE" so decided to put systems in place to assure that her clients satisfaction & success are guaranteed. It's all about what her buyers and sellers want. Buyers want houses and Sellers want buyers.
She decided to go the extra Mile by Guaranteeing that if Buyers are not happy with their home purchase, she will sell it for FREE and Guaranteeing Sellers to sell their home at a time & price they mutually agree too, or she'll buy it.
The lack of knowledge & professionalism cannot be entirely blamed on the Realtor but should also be blamed on system & lack of education that is required to get a license. In Florida, it's only 63 hours of class time.
She therefore decided to further educate herself by earning the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) professional designations.
Several years ago, she hired the Premier Real Estate Coaching Company in North America to help better herself and give her to access the latest tools in Sales & Marketing. 18 months ago, she joined their organization and Trains and Coaches other Real Estate Professionals throughout the USA and Canada.
Giving back to her community has always been important to her and as a result, She gives a portion of her income to local non- profits.
As a proud member of The Rotary Club of Cape Coral Sunset, She has had the honor to serve as President and will be the Assistant District Governor for Area 4 in 2020-2022..
