With a foundation in theater and a strategic pivot into filmmaking in 2023, Heidi brings a unique blend of creative vision and human-centered leadership to every project. Her background in school social work informs her commitment to inclusive storytelling, trauma-informed collaboration, and the creation of emotionally safe spaces for artists. Under her direction, Heidi Mikac Films has produced several original works, including Written in the Light, and her original mini-series, Wherein Lies Continue, reflecting her passion for poetic realism, empowerment, and healing through art.
