Andi's 18-year background in engineering predisposes her to find safe and effective tools that work at the deepest level. Years of research and study in various fields of Psychology, somatic therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming led her to design Salt & Starlight as a transformational approach to trauma healing & life optimization. She has a Positive Psychology specialism from the University of Pennsylvania and post-graduate certificates in Social Psychology and the Science of Well-Being from Yale University.
