Kansas City has healthy starters on offense and defense. Buffalo receiver Coleman and tight end Kincaid are out. Receiver Cooper and their right tackle is questionable. Their defensive starters are healthy. Buffalo has a slight injury advantage based on Dr. Chao ratings. KC does have impact playmakers on IR that have since been replaced by new starters.
