He will start Michigan transfer Joe Milton at quarterback. He does have experience at the defensive line which could dominate against this doormat from the MAC in Bowling Green. Scot Loeffler is in his third season at Bowling Green. Program has been pretty bad in his tenure. They finished 0-5 last year facing all MAC schools. Last in scoring at 11.4 points per game and last in college football in points allowed at 45 per game. Quarterback play was very poor as the team completed only 43.2% of their throws facing only MAC opponents. Run defense was atrocious with opponents running for 310 yards and 6.3 yards per rush attempt. That is pretty bad and they are not playing a MAC school here. They are facing an SEC school in Tennessee with a first year head coach and Athletic Director looking to turn around this program. Play Tennessee -35.
