Golden Flashes are a poor defensive team that has surrendered 41 or greater points in four of their past five games. They surrender 467 yards per game with 4.7 yards per rush along with 276 passing for 7.6 yards per pass attempt. Wyoming the better defense limiting the opposition to 23 or fewer points in three of four. Cowboys trended down the stretch strongly on the ground as in their past three game running for 204 yards and 5.4 yards per rush. Golden Flashes allowed 190 rushing yards per game with 4.7 per rush. Cowboys defense this year held opponents to just 348 yards with 6.1 yards per pass attempt. Game will be played in cold weather outdoors. That favors the better run and defensive team in the Cowboys. They do have an impressive recent win to Utah St on the road behind 605 yards of offense to become bowl eligible. Play Wyoming -3.
