They were tops in defensive efficiency against the Big Ten allowing 33.6% from three and 46.7% inside. Wyoming finished at 14-6 in the Mountain West and 25-8 overall. Against the conference the Cowboys did shoot 33.8% from three, 52.9% inside and 75.1% at the line. They did rebound well against the MWC on both ends. Defensively they held conference foes to 33.2% from three and 49.7% around the bucket.
