The two most important elements of a good business model are acquiring clients and keeping them happy/satisfied. In order to get people into your ecosystem, it's important to have a seamless process not just for you, but for the client/prospect as well. What we mean by that is that you want to have your own version of Amazon's ground-breaking "1-click purchase" model. You see something, you click a button, and it's on your doorstep within a day. With the right funnel, a prospect can see your social media call-to-action, decide they want to learn more, click a button, and immediately get placed into a relationship-building funnel. The point of a funnel is that everything designed to get the prospect to book a call, download your e-book, fill out your coaching application page, etc. is as easy and seamless as possible. Once in your funnel, it's time to nurture and build rapport. We can obviously do that by hopping on a motivational interviewing-type call, but we can ALSO do that by delivering value consistently via a system / CRM campaign. From the time the prospect gives you their information until you sell them a product or service, there should be daily communication.
