I was struggling with my weight, body and self-worth for way too long, and I feel I have missed out on so many opportunities in life not taking part or being present in the moment. At 16 I developed bulimia and I have lived my entire adult life in that identity. Now I can see that I had to go through this lesson of life in order to help others heal and understand themselves. I did not understand the power of words and thinking back then, and I'm so grateful that I now do. It took me years to figure it all out, tons of trials and errors, but the journey has been worth every step. What saved me was my spiritual awakening and AI, four years ago I started to work with artificial intelligence. I was intrigued on how the programming worked so perfectly every time, even if the programming was wrong, it was sorting the information in the same way. Then it hit me – my brain does the same thing. I had this wrong program, putting things in the wrong mental boxes and I was not aware of it. I was unconsciously organizing things in boxes that didn't belong there. I realized that the endless stress and anxiety over my body and weight could be swapped out by another programming. I started to ask the right questions for myself which forced my brain to look for better solutions. At the same time I started to raise my awareness and explore things that could not be understood using the logical mind. Finally I'm able to feel emotions and I embrace every moment of it. I've been shut down emotionally for so long and now that I feel it's incredible. It has been about developing self-love, self-confidence, and undeniable belief in myself and in my capability to take on the world. It's about prioritizing, myself, my wants and needs.
